Summary: World Vision Mozambique is recruiting a Senior Analyst Partner Management for the FCI project, based at the national office in Maputo. The role focuses on financial management, compliance, and grant management in support of local implementation partners. In this role, the professional assumes responsibility for the project's national financial management, compliance, and capacity building of local partners, in coordination with the National Project Director, the Financial Director, and the Global Finance and Compliance teams.
The selected candidate prepares and maintains country-level budgets, phased spending plans, and cash flow forecasts, and prepares budget versus actual expense variance analyses.
The role applies current funding standards—including U.S. Government regulations (2 CFR 200), terms of funding agreements, organizational policies, and national legal and statutory requirements—to daily financial management and compliance decisions.
Coordinates the grant management process at the national level, from partner due diligence and sub-recipient risk assessments to grant setup and budget reviews.
The position also requires liaison with the People & Culture/Human Resources team, MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning), and technical teams, as well as the use of the organization's financial systems and reporting tools.
