The objective is to ensure the administration, availability, security, and evolution of the technological infrastructure and critical systems of a large-scale company, ensuring that essential services remain available and evolving.

Day-to-day duties cover physical and virtual servers, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Hyper-V, as well as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID services and platforms, plus network administration, VPNs, firewalls, access control mechanisms, backup, restoration, and Disaster Recovery.

The role combines the ongoing operation of critical systems with participation in infrastructure migration, modernization, expansion, and renewal projects, alongside monitoring availability, capacity, performance, and security.

This is a senior-level position requiring technical rigor and a high sense of responsibility, confidentiality, integrity, and risk awareness.

What profile we are looking for

We are looking for a senior professional with proven experience in administering critical technological environments, and in some cases, distributed across multiple sites. The profile values analytical capacity, technical guidance of other professionals, working under pressure, and good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A high sense of responsibility, confidentiality, integrity, and risk awareness are also highlighted, as well as the ability to manage priorities. If you can explain what you do to non-technical people and perform well under pressure, this fit is yours.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Ensure the administration, availability, security, and evolution of the technological infrastructure and critical systems.
Administer physical and virtual servers, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Hyper-V, and other infrastructure services.
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Ensure the administration and security of networks, VPNs, firewalls, access control mechanisms, backup, restoration, and Disaster Recovery.
Monitor the availability, capacity, performance, and security of critical systems, identifying risks and proposing mitigation measures.
Take technical lead in analyzing and resolving critical or high-complexity incidents.
Participate in the planning and technical execution of infrastructure migration, modernization, expansion, and renewal projects.
Support the definition of technical requirements for the acquisition of ICT equipment, licenses, solutions, and services.
Provide technical guidance to other team members, monitor suppliers and service providers, and ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer.

What the company is looking for

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Networks and Computer Systems, or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 07 years of relevant professional experience in ICT, of which at least 5 years in Systems and Infrastructure Administration.
Proven experience in administering critical and/or multi-site distributed technological environments.
Mastery of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, networks, VPN, firewalls, security, backup, recovery, and Disaster Recovery.

Constitutes an advantage

Experience in infrastructure migration, modernization, expansion, or recovery projects.
Advanced training and/or relevant certifications in Microsoft, virtualization, networking, security, cloud, backup, or ICT service management.
Experience in providing technical guidance to other professionals.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and technical guidance capabilities, priority management, and working under pressure.
High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, integrity, and risk awareness.
Good communication and articulation skills with technical, non-technical stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
Mozambican nationality.
