Key responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day coordination, tracking, and quality assurance so that technical assistance activities are delivered on time, within required standards, and in compliance with donor requirements and FHI 360 policies;
• Track progress against the work plan, coordinate the timely preparation of deliverables and reports, and support documentation, archiving, and follow-up;
• Establish and maintain tracking systems, indicators, and processes that sustain quality, coherence, and consistency across all project activities;
• Lead the design and creation of sub-grants for in-country sub-partners, including defining approaches and selection processes aligned with project objectives and partner capacity;
• Ensure coherence and quality in technical scopes, budgets, and M&E frameworks, and lead or substantially contribute to grant negotiation memos and funding decision justifications;
• When designated, represent EpiC in stakeholder coordination platforms and partnerships;
• Contribute to resource mobilization by supporting technical inputs for proposals, stakeholder consultations, and donor coordination meetings;
• Support capacity development for other EpiC team members and partners through training and mentoring;
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or project leadership in support of EpiC WASH objectives.

Location and travel: based in Maputo, with up to 20% travel.
