The role
You will assume Aldelia's procurement function — from sourcing to contract signing — ensuring execution within company rules, procurement standards, and H3SE. The role reports to the C&P Manager.
From sourcing to contract
You execute the source-to-contract process for goods, services, and TAS. You prepare call for tender documentation and specific proposal evaluation procedures in accordance with company procedures, and issue contracts and service/purchase orders in coordination with technical teams (DUET) to ensure technical requirements are integrated into the tender process.
- Keep requesters informed during the preparation phase, purchasing, and commitment tracking, following E&P supply chain fundamentals.
- Evaluate contractual proposals and support the evaluation of technical and commercial proposals, when applicable.
- Manage the Recommendation to Award Report and participate in the contracts committee, when required.
- Prepare final contract documents and obtain the necessary approvals for their execution.
- Ensure awarded contracts are managed in accordance with agreed terms and conditions, protecting company interests at all times.
- Manage the pre-contract closing phase: notifying unsuccessful bidders and archiving tender documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain regular interface meetings with recruitment agencies and manage the TAS portfolio.
Purchasing execution
Manage the day-to-day execution of purchasing operations.
- Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and analyze requests from partner entities, ensuring proper material specification, budget approvals, and cost centers to finalize the S.O.W.
- Propose bidder lists according to the nature of the requests.
- Study, compare, and evaluate proposals to obtain the most economical and contractually advantageous conditions.
- Organize and lead negotiations with suppliers regarding award and PO execution.
- Issue RTAs in DUET with the partner entities responsible for the request.
- Ensure supplier acknowledgment of POs and on-time deliveries.
- Negotiate and resolve changes leading to amendments originating from partner entities or suppliers/contractors.
- Update the supplier database and record all procurement data in SAP/Unisol.
Compliance and H3SE
- Ensure the contracting process complies with all internal company rules — including the Total Code of Conduct — and all applicable legislation and regulations.
- Apply TEPMA1 General Terms and Conditions for equipment purchases.
- Ensure proper administration and archiving of purchasing documentation, with approvals, justifications, and routing forms archived according to applicable procedures.
- Ensure contracting activities meet audit requirements to minimize potential claims from partners or auditors and legal actions.
- Maintain alignment with applicable H3SE rules, procedures, instructions, and legislation; adopt necessary measures to prevent imminent hazards and actively participate in H3SE meetings, training, and drills in the execution of respective plans.
