About TPM-TUR

TPM-TUR, S.A. operates in executive transport and tourism in Mozambique, with operations centered in Maputo. The company moves people safely, comfortably, and with rigor, and the safety and well-being of teams and passengers are part of the daily routine of any transport operation. This position is embedded in that area.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with technical training in occupational safety (OHS) or a similar area, capable of acting quickly when a risk arises and communicating clearly with colleagues and managers. The work requires method: you are the person who identifies the hazard before it becomes an accident, records what happens, and proposes corrective measures.

This position is not a desk job. It is a field role, where the SHE technician needs to know operational routines to understand exactly where deviations occur. Your assessments, inspections, and training sessions serve as a direct reference to improve operations.

You will work closely with the company's workstations, a field job involving direct contact with driving, maintenance teams, and passengers. You need to be comfortable training colleagues and insisting on corrective measures, even under operational pressure.

TPM-TUR is looking for someone who makes quick decisions, with professional ethics and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

What you will do day-to-day

• Identify hazards and assess risks associated with operational work activities in Maputo;
• Develop and implement preventive measures in workstations;
• Conduct occupational safety training sessions for teams;
• Periodically inspect workplaces and record findings;
• Investigate occupational accidents and incidents and present corrective and preventive measures;
• Keep risk maps, policies, procedures, and mandatory documents updated.

What we offer

• Full-time position in Maputo, at an active Mozambican transport and tourism company;
• Direct work in the field of occupational health and safety, with a real impact on driving teams and passengers;
• Involvement in an operation where prevention is a shared responsibility between you, management, and shift colleagues;
• Contribution to reducing the number of incidents and maintaining a healthy work environment over time.

Remuneration: to be agreed with the company (undisclosed).

How to apply

Applications are submitted on TPM-TUR's official career website, on the company's job portal: TPM-TUR application portal. The process consists of the following steps, all completed directly on the company's page:

• Upload your Curriculum Vitae;

Deadline: October 9 to 20, 2026. The closing date is fixed on that day, so submission must be done before the deadline ends. If you need to update any information on your form, you do so on the same page before the last application day.
