Eazi Access is hiring a Site Supervisor for its Matola operation. If you don't know the company yet: it rents and sells material handling and work-at-height equipment — aerial platforms, telehandlers and similar machines — and provides the services that keep this equipment running, with a presence in several African countries. In Mozambique, the operation runs through Matola and Vilanculos, serving mainly clients in mining, construction and industry.
Your place won't be behind a desk. Whoever supervises this operation spends most of the working day where clients actually work, alongside the teams deployed on site, making sure every job runs as agreed. The role reports to the Country Manager — meaning the way you run the operation is visible at the highest level of the business in the country.
The official vacancy summary puts the purpose of the role in one central idea: supervise and coordinate the personnel working on client sites, so that the operation runs efficiently, the service is delivered with quality, the client stays satisfied and the business stays profitable — always within the company's rules and legal requirements. On the ground, this translates into tasks like:
Someone who already knows the rhythm of a technical operation — construction sites, mines or industrial parks — and feels at home in the field, among active crews and clients with high expectations. Leadership here happens close to the people: you follow up closely, spot what is blocking the work, fix it on the spot and know when an issue needs to go up the chain.
Because you will move between demanding clients, safety rules are not a document you sign and forget — they are part of your daily work, and the way you apply them rubs off on the team. Knowing how to communicate with different people — from field crews to management and clients — is what keeps the operation running without friction.
And there is one lesson most supervisors learn early: balancing what the client wants, what the team can deliver and what the operation can sustain. Anyone who has walked that tightrope knows that this is where real supervision shows.
Applications go in exclusively through the online form on the official Eazi Access website — fill in your details, select the branch and attach your CV in PDF (maximum 2 MB) and your ID document, by 7 September 2026.
No internet access? The advert itself covers this: you can ask someone in your supervision, management or branch administration to submit the online application for you. No cost, no extra bureaucracy.
Before you apply, read the profile the company defines in the job's requirements list — it is the fastest way to know whether the fit is real and to prepare a CV that answers every point. And one warning that always applies: no serious application ever charges the candidate money. If anyone asks you to pay to move forward in a process, be suspicious and report it.
