About AdeM, IP

Águas de Moçambique, Instituto Público is the Mozambican public agency responsible for water supply and sanitation. Its top divisions cover the complete service cycle: delivering water to households, keeping sanitation networks and systems operational, planning and monitoring the institute's operations, and sustaining the administrative and financial side of all operations.

The four divisions open for application

A single recruitment process provides access to four distinct roles. The leadership positions available are:

• Water Supply Division;
• Sanitation Division;
• Planning and Monitoring Division;
• Administration, Finance and Human Resources Division.

Apply for the area that best fits your professional background and specify that division in the body of your application email.

What you will do

Whoever takes on one of these roles will lead the respective division's team, manage the technical and administrative processes of that area, and be accountable for the unit's results. It is a leadership role, with autonomy over daily work and the division's operational planning.

The role requires an understanding of the sector, team management capabilities, and familiarity with how a public agency operates.

Conditions

All four positions are based in Maputo, on an in-person, full-time basis.

Remuneration, benefits, and contract duration: AdeM, IP has not published these details for this application process. To obtain specific figures or timeline details, contact the institute directly.
