What you will do day-to-day

This is an operational leadership position with a direct impact on store results. You will report to the company management and be responsible for the overall performance of your store. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly, from stock replenishment to closing;
• Lead, monitor, and motivate the team, fostering a results-oriented culture;
• Set priorities, assign tasks, and monitor individual employee performance;
• Ensure high customer service standards and a consistent customer experience;
• Track sales targets and implement initiatives to boost store results;
• Identify commercial opportunities and develop initiatives to attract, retain, and expand the customer base;
• Gain in-depth product knowledge and ensure the team has the necessary information to properly advise customers;
• Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer preferences;
• Maintain proper store presentation, product display, and overall store appearance;
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs;
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and management directives;
• Prepare and track performance indicators, regularly reporting results, challenges, and opportunities.

Required profile

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with initiative, capable of motivating the team to achieve results. Proactivity, a strong customer orientation, flexibility, adaptability, responsibility, autonomy, maturity, and a professional demeanor are highly valued.

This role is for someone who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with both team and customers, and keeping operations organized even during peak busy periods.

It will be up to you to define how each store employee contributes to the branch targets.

On a typical day, you will move between customer service, inventory management, and team supervision, ensuring operations run seamlessly.

This position offers on-the-ground decision-making autonomy and reporting to management regarding the store's overall performance. Ideal candidates balance administrative precision with daily commercial drive.

The person in this position will closely monitor store performance, adjust store strategy according to results, and work alongside management to continuously improve operations.
