Who we are looking for

What you will do

• Management support: monitor the daily management of the housekeeping department, assisting managers with operational routines.
• Operational area management: supervise room operations, public areas, service spaces, and hotel storerooms.
• Linen management: oversee linen management, taking care of bed, bath, and service linens in coordination with the laundry department.
• Quality inspection: conduct in-person inspections of rooms and common areas to verify compliance with company standards.
• Team organization: guide the work of room attendants and support the training of new team members.
• Inventory management: perform physical stock counts of department inventory and operational equipment.
• Maintenance and repairs: identify faults in facilities and communicate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution.
• Use of Opera system: record and track the updated status of each room using the Opera PMS software.
• Interdepartmental coordination: collaborate with other hotel departments to maintain guest service delivery.
