Noble Unicom is recruiting a Wheel Alignment Technician to work in Maputo city. This is a hands-on role, for someone who lives the workshop floor and takes satisfaction in handing back a vehicle that drives straight, with tyres sitting the way they should.
The core of the job is wheel alignment and balancing — one of the most in-demand services in any auto centre, because it goes straight to the safety of whoever drives and the pocket of whoever pays for fuel: a misaligned vehicle wears tyres out faster, burns more fuel and makes steering tiring. Whoever takes this position becomes the person who prevents that wear for the company's customers.
This is not a look-and-approve job. You will get your hands dirty: mounting and dismounting tyres, inflating, repairing, operating the alignment and balancing equipment and examining wheels, steering and suspension with a trained eye. If you have two or more years of this work behind you and you like precision, read to the end and send your application.
The announcement lists a single vacancy, in the Mechanics category. Used cars, company fleets and taxis go through alignment and balancing every month — it is constant-demand work for whoever masters it, and this card exists precisely to find that person.
We want someone who has done this work and can prove it — experience is the announcement's first filter. Beyond the technique, attitude counts: an eye for detail, seriousness in what you deliver and a knack for shared work with your colleagues. If you are the kind who never leaves a task "more or less" done, you fit.
The full list of training, experience and documents is in the requirements field of this card.
The job market in Mozambique is full of stale ads and deadlines that have already closed. Here every card is checked against the official source before publication and the deadline is always in view, so you do not waste equipa on outdated opportunities. Follow the channel at the bottom of this page and get the vacancies first, with no ad hunting.
Honesty first: the Noble Unicom announcement does not detail salary, benefits or contract type — these points are not stated in the ad and may be clarified during the selection process; we do not invent conditions the company has not published. What the source does guarantee is the rest of this card: the concrete role, the location, the deadline and the application channel.
Send your application by e-mail to drh@nobleholdings.co.mz with the required subject line "Ref: Técnico de Alinhamento". In your CV, do not just name the role: list the workshops you worked at, how long you stayed in each one and which alignment and balancing equipment you have operated — that is exactly what the recruiter will look for. A concrete CV, with proven experience up front, makes all the difference.
If you would like to strengthen your CV before sending, Inademy's Guide has free material: start with the step-by-step CV guide for Mozambique — a well-ordered CV is what makes the recruiter stop scrolling.
The application deadline is 15 September 2026.
