Talentia SA is looking to strengthen its team for the position of Business Operational & Analyst, based in Maputo, to make commercial operations and distribution channels more efficient through data. The focus is on understanding how channels are performing, tracking indicators, and proposing improvements that ultimately enhance business results.
You will work in network with the Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Products, and Information Technology teams, with regular contact with Business Intelligence tools. The goal is for commercial operations to make decisions based on clear numbers, rather than guesswork. Your job is to transform scattered information into actionable management decisions.
We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset: a person who can take a dataset and figure out where the channel is losing, where it is winning, and what to do next. Beyond formal qualifications, what matters most is how you read the numbers and translate them into decisions.
The ideal candidate prioritizes tasks effectively, meets deadlines, and communicates results clearly, both in writing and presentations. Since you will present analyses to stakeholders across different departments, the clarity with which you explain data insights is just as important as the analysis itself. Result orientation, strong prioritization skills, and maturity in managing multiple priorities simultaneously are also highly valued.
