To reinforce its workforce in Maputo City, the company intends to hire two cleaners. The selected professionals will work at the organization's premises, ensuring continuous hygiene of offices, workrooms, receptions, corridors, common areas, and restrooms.

The work of these two positions ensures that the facility's environment remains clean, presentable, functional, and healthy for all daily activities of the institution.

What you will do

Your daily tasks as a Cleaner consist of the continuous sanitization and organization of the group's workspaces:

• Office cleaning: clean and sanitize desks, chairs, doors, windows, and all other surfaces in offices and workrooms.
• Floor maintenance: sweep, vacuum, wash, scrub, and wax floors, applying the appropriate treatment for each specific floor type.
• Restroom sanitization: wash and disinfect toilets, washbasins, mirrors, and floors in the facility's restrooms.
• Waste collection and removal: empty trash cans in various areas and transport all collected waste to appropriate disposal locations.
• Glass surface cleaning: wash and clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces in the building.
• Handling of cleaning products: use detergents and disinfectants in the correct dosage, strictly following all safety instructions and rules.
• Maintenance of work equipment: keep brooms, mops, buckets, and other equipment clean, organized, and ready for use in their designated place.
• Use of protective equipment: wear and use gloves, boots, mask, and apron whenever required by the work or products.
• Common area maintenance: take care of the daily presentation and hygiene of meeting rooms, reception, and building corridors.
• Quality check of work: monitor the work performed to identify potential flaws and make necessary corrections immediately.
• Reporting incidents: report to the supervisor any equipment breakdowns, material damage, shortage of cleaning products, or situations involving risks.
• Accident prevention and safety: act carefully during activities to prevent accidents and keep spaces safe for users.
