Entreposto Moçambique is recruiting a Collision Workshop Manager to work in Maputo city. Whoever takes this role assumes the leadership of the workshop's technical teams and answers directly for the timeliness of repairs: this is the person who organises the work, assigns tasks to the technicians and makes sure every vehicle leaves within the repair delivery deadline.
It is a management position in a collision repair environment — an area that demands method, deadline discipline and command of the technical processes of bodywork recovery. The collision workshop is the part of the operation that puts vehicles back on the road after accidents and dents, recovering bodywork, alignments and finishes; that is the operation this new manager takes charge of.
If you have years on the workshop floor and have already led teams, this announcement was written for you.
In practical terms, the role combines two complementary halves. The first is technical: knowing well what happens inside a collision workshop, understanding the real effort of each repair and assessing whether the work is moving as it should.
The second is organisational: turning a list of vehicles and a tight calendar into a sustainable work plan, assigning each repair to the right technicians and watching the delivery deadlines day after day. This balance — technical leadership and deadline management — is the heart of the position.
We are looking for someone with years of workshop experience behind them and a knack for organising teams. If you have already supervised a technical team on the ground, if you like seeing an operation meet deadlines without slips and you can keep a cool head with several vehicles on the table, you are the one we want to talk to.
The complete list of education, experience and tools is in the requirements of this card.

Send your Curriculum Vitae by e-mail to recrutamento.entreposto@cm.co.mz, using the suggested subject line "Collision Workshop Manager". Before sending, review your CV: a workshop manager is assessed on results, so list the roles you have held, how long you stayed in each post, the size of the teams you supervised and any production-planning practice you introduced.
A concrete, well-ordered CV is the best door into a process that expects, precisely, someone able to bring order to an operation with deadlines.
The application deadline is 14 September 2026. The company's announcement does not publish salary figures or contract type — take the note at face value.
And if you want to back up your CV with a well-written cover letter, Inademy's cover letter guide shows the way — in management processes, it is the letter that gives context to your years of experience.
