Who we are looking for

This opportunity is aimed at students pursuing higher education, technical, or vocational courses in marketing, management, business administration, commercial management, communication, or public relations.

We are looking for someone with an interest in sales, marketing, and business development, with no prior professional experience required in the sector.

It is important to be comfortable interacting with people, have an interest in numbers, and a desire to understand the daily routine of a commercial team. Day-to-day work combines research, client contact, and content/material production: those who enjoy task variety fit best.

The profile requires clear oral and written communication skills, an enthusiasm for goal-oriented work, and strong idea presentation skills.

User-level computer literacy is also required, specifically Microsoft Office, along with availability for on-site work in Maputo.

What you will do

Internship activities consist of supporting the daily work of the commercial and marketing team. Tasks include:

• Client research: Identify potential clients in the market and make the initial commercial contact with them.
• Commercial prospecting: Support the development of business opportunities and conduct market research to locate new clients and commercial openings.
• Contact management: Keep the client database organized and up to date, following up on leads received by the company.
• Document preparation: Support the preparation of commercial proposals, corporate presentations, and sales support materials.
• Marketing support: Assist in creating and executing the company's marketing campaigns.
• Content production: Draft and produce content for publication on social media and other company communication channels.
• Market monitoring: Track competitor activities and present observation reports to the team.
• Event support: Participate in the logistical organization of company meetings, events, and commercial actions.
• Work reports: Prepare activity and performance reports to monitor team goals.

Internship conditions

The work is conducted on-site at the company's office in Maputo, providing practical learning in sales, marketing, business development, and client management.
