The Niassa Provincial Health Directorate has opened a public recruitment competition for entry into the state apparatus, authorised by decree of 27 August 2026 from the Governor of the province. The competition follows article 34 of the General Statute of State Employees and Agents (Law No.
4/2022 of 11 February) together with the State Recruitment and Selection Regulation, and aims to fill 11 health technician vacancies reinforcing the peripheral health units of Niassa Province. The contract lasts 3 years, and this duration also applies to positions that come to exist in the future.
Anyone with health-sector training who accepts working where the system needs it most — in districts and peripheral units, far from the saturation of the big cities — finds here a formal entry into the state apparatus. Applications are open until 27 September 2026: authenticated request letter, sealed envelope and documentary evaluation.

The placement is in the peripheral health units of Niassa Province — the primary care network that brings medical care to communities across the province's interior. Working in this network means being on the front line: consultations, vaccination, maternal and child health, laboratory or pharmacy depending on your occupation,
with local teams and communities that rely on your role every day. Entry gives you a 3-year contract in the state apparatus, with the entry rules and the professional qualifiers of the health careers — which the notice applies as selection criteria — defining what counts in your application.
The notice is clear about the process: selection starts with documentary evaluation, followed by the selection criteria laid down in the legislation for each career and category. In other words, your dossier decides your entry — it deserves careful preparation.

Deadline: 30 days from the publication of the notice — dated 28 August 2026 — which sets the validity at 27 September 2026. Do not rely on the last day: signature authentication and certified copies take equipa,
and the evaluation is documentary: your dossier needs to arrive complete the first equipa. Note from the notice itself: at the admission stage the documents in items e) and f) are waved off — the physical and mental fitness certificate and the military service proof.
