What you will do

• Resolution of technical incidents: identify the cause of operational failures, conducting diagnostics and repairs for issues affecting hardware, software applications, and network connectivity.
• IT infrastructure support: participate in the installation, maintenance, and verification of computer networks, communication equipment, and technical support systems required for operations.
• Ticket logging and tracking: enter logs of all reported incidents into the system and track the progress of each ticket until final resolution.
• Security and best practices: strictly apply all information security standards and technical guidelines defined for the Information Technology sector within the organization.
