C-Saúde is looking for a Provincial Malaria Advisor, a position within the department responsible for the organization's public health programs, operating in Zambézia and Nampula, full-time.
The role rests on four pillars: technical advisory to health authorities, integration of malaria into health services, surveillance and outbreak response, and evidence generation from data.
It is a field position, requiring regular travel across the districts and health facilities of both provinces.
We are looking for a public health professional who knows how to analyze an entire district system — data, teams, constraints, and resources. This position manages dialogue with health authorities at the provincial and district levels, where technical credibility is crucial.
The ability to analyze program data and supervise teams must be demonstrable with concrete examples from your past work.
You will position yourself at the interface between the national program and the province, with direct access to resource prioritization decisions against malaria in two of the country's provinces. This is rare experience in applied epidemiology and health program management, with visibility at the highest levels of the system.
It is the experience that prepares you for coordination roles in national-scope public health initiatives. You will also build a portfolio of evidence — reports, supervision, outbreak response — strengthening your career in field public health.
