• Supervise digital presence, social media, content production, and other communication channels;
• Manage the department budget, negotiate with vendors, and manage external partners;
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to adjust strategies based on concrete data;
• Lead the marketing team, setting goals, tracking performance, and promoting internal development;
• Coordinate joint actions with the Commercial, Products, and Operations sectors to monitor product launches and sales.

Expected profile and mindset

The position requires proven experience in leading teams, budgets, and marketing strategies with measurable results. We are looking for a professional capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on oversight of communication operations.

Understanding the entire marketing chain is essential, including brand management, multichannel campaigns, and digital marketing. Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a valued advantage for this position.

Negotiation skills with vendors, financial management perspective for the sector, and ease in presenting performance reports to other areas of the institution are also expected.
