To strengthen the technical team, the company is looking for an experienced professional in field installation and welding of membranes. This technician will also assume organization and technical support tasks in the workshop area.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a specialized technician with practical construction site experience, who views waterproofing as a central element of structural quality. The ability to read and interpret project technical specifications and execute work with rigor is required.

More than formal qualifications, proven experience in surface preparation and defect-free membrane welding is valued. The candidate must be accustomed to the site environment, master the handling of application machinery, and communicate clearly with the site manager.

What you will do

In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for the technical execution of waterproofing projects with HDPE membranes, both at the construction site and in the company's workshop. Your tasks include:

• Ensure the correct application of HDPE membranes on horizontal surfaces, vertical surfaces, slopes, reservoirs, tanks, canals, and other structures, in compliance with project technical specifications;
• Operate, handle, and ensure the good maintenance condition of machines, equipment, and tools used in membrane application and welding work;
• Identify anomalies or technical issues during the execution phase and promptly report occurrences to the site manager;
• Strictly comply with defined technical procedures, established quality standards, and applicable occupational health and safety regulations for the sector;
• Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and maintenance of the work area at the site, as well as the equipment and tools used in the project;
• Prepare technical diagnoses, maintain records of services provided, report equipment repair needs, and formulate relevant technical recommendations;
• Contribute to the organization, maintenance of cleanliness, and general discipline in the company workshop area;
• Submit improvement proposals aimed at optimizing the efficiency and quality of work activities and processes.
