This role is part of the Transport Corridor for Economic Resilience Project (TRACER SOP2), funded by the World Bank under agreement IDA-E4810. The contracting entity is MTL/UCP, reporting to the Portfolio Coordinator. We are looking for a senior consultant with a proven track record in infrastructure works and contract management, comfortable working in a multi-agency environment where private concessionaires, project teams, and public supervisory bodies must work in sync.
The assignment has a duration of 24 months starting from contract signing, with the first three months serving as a probationary period. Following a satisfactory performance evaluation, renewal is possible.
