What you will do

On a day-to-day basis, you will take charge of planning, executing, and evaluating technical training activities, as well as diagnostic support. Your tasks include:

• Identify needs: Analyze technical shortfalls and continuous training needs of workshop teams.
• Plan programs: Prepare technical training plans and monitor compliance with all stages of their execution.
• Deliver training: Conduct technical training sessions and guide practical sessions for workshop and after-sales teams.
• Support diagnostics: Provide specialized technical support in after-sales diagnosis.
• Audit processes: Promote, implement, and audit continuous improvement processes in after-sales services.
• Define pedagogical objectives: Define learning goals and monitor the execution of training programs with companies, adhering to the established technical and financial resources.
• Organize training actions: Coordinate course logistics, recruiting trainers when necessary and communicating defined objectives.
• Evaluate performance: Monitor and evaluate the impact of training actions using structured evaluation criteria and instruments.
• Promote waste management: Raise team awareness regarding the adoption of appropriate practices in workshop waste management and disposal.
• Look after tools: Instruct workers regarding the care, safe use, and proper maintenance of tools, utilities, and equipment.
• Ensure safety standards: Promote compliance with quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety standards.
