In this market environment, the role focuses on protecting the existing market share, expanding the client portfolio, and ensuring the continuous quality of service delivery in the territory under your responsibility.

What you will do

Your daily responsibilities are split across three direct operational areas:

On the commercial side, take control of the following activities:

• Apply the company's commercial policy and all safety standards at each site and operation within your territory.
• Achieve established sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage commercial contracts from their implementation phase through to final closure, submitting proposals and addendums within established deadlines.
• Acquire new clients through active prospecting efforts, continuously monitoring competitor activities and market movements.
• Conduct monthly territory stock verification and control using the sales tools provided by the company.

On the administrative side, you will manage financial account administration:

• Analyze the ongoing status of client accounts and ensure all guarantees required for granting credit remain valid.
• Track product price changes and accurately communicate updates to each client in your portfolio.
• Monitor credit limit usage and compliance with payment deadlines, performing account reconciliation and issuing invoices according to the set standard.
• Send monthly account statements to clients, obtain formal balance confirmations, and compare the volume of delivered goods against settled amounts.

On the technical side, you will be responsible for installed equipment:

• Ensure the maintenance and preservation of TotalEnergies equipment installed at client sites, developing preventive and corrective intervention plans.
• Perform periodic operational risk assessments at installations and provide training to clients on proper procedures for fuel discharge operations.

Working conditions

The offer includes a permanent, full-time employment contract with on-site work in Maputo City.
