Safe Travel is a travel agency located in central Maputo, on Av. Karl Marx. It handles flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings for clients across Mozambique. We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our Maputo team: someone who loves travelling, enjoys speaking with clients, and is happy to be the face of the brand in day-to-day work — including on social media.
This is a customer-facing role. Your job will be to assist, advise, negotiate, and close travel sales. In this position, you will work towards targets, take part in agency campaigns, and represent the brand both inside and outside the store. If you enjoy tourism and feel comfortable in front of the camera and the public, this is the place for you to grow.
Day-to-day life in this role is busy and varied: some days the store is full of clients booking trips, other days are spent preparing a large group proposal, and others taking photos to showcase destinations. To thrive in this environment, you should enjoy talking to people, helping them choose the right destination, and representing the brand with pride — the rest you will learn with the team.
