What you will do on a daily basis

• Plan 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless networks; conduct field surveys and simulation analysis; present engineering solutions and parameter suggestions; support implementations and expansion projects.
• Perform DT/CQT testing and single-site and cluster optimization; analyze network management KPIs; troubleshoot issues such as weak coverage, interference, abnormal handovers, and throughput; optimize and correct antennas and parameters.
• Perform special optimization for Voice/VoLTE, CA, and DSS; handle user experience complaints; cooperate with third-party testing (Umlaut) to resolve issues.
• Produce optimization reports; communicate with operators, the rollout team, and equipment vendors; support emergency event assurance.
