What you will do

Your work covers end-to-end workshop management:

• Organize and distribute work among mechanics according to ongoing services;
• Define and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for machines;
• Troubleshoot the root cause of complex breakdowns and guide the team through to resolution;
• Monitor deadlines, targets, and workshop productivity;
• Verify materials, parts, and tools prior to each job;
• Control inventory and identify items that need to be purchased;
• Inspect completed work before delivery, ensuring the quality of every repair;
• Help contain rising costs and keep maintenance budgets in order;
• Keep the equipment fleet ready for customer use;
• Enforce safety regulations within the workshop.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a professional with at least ten years in the role and proven experience coordinating or supervising workshops. The job requires practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in machinery — this knowledge underpins your decisions in every intervention.

In addition to technical skills, the position requires the ability to read budgets, manage stock, and use computers daily. If you have previously worked with construction, lifting, or material handling machinery, that experience is directly relevant here.

Conditions
