What you will do on a day-to-day basis

• Manage and monitor the budgets of the organization and ongoing projects;
• Control the movement of revenues, outflows, and cash payments;
• Confirm that expenditures follow the budget, internal rules, and funder requirements;
• Produce financial reports and measure budget execution over time;
• Collect and store debit notes, receipts, and other documents supporting transactions;
• Help prepare fund requests, estimate cash flow, and perform bank reconciliations;
• Monitor the financial execution of projects and point out deviations from the budgeted amount;
• Prepare material for audits and ensure that each payment is duly authorized;
• Support compliance with tax, accounting, and labor obligations related to money management;
• Monitor advances, accountability, and the settlement of expenses for employees and teams;
• Contribute, in collaboration with Management and managers, to improving internal control procedures.

This work is done in coordination with Management, managers, and other departments, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a background in accounting or finance and at least three years of experience, who appreciates detail, rigor, and organization.

This is a role for someone who is methodical, meets deadlines, and knows how to work under pressure without losing clarity. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with good communication, teamwork, and a commitment to the transparency and integrity that this position demands.
